WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS? IS THERE COVERED PARKING?
There is on-site, surface lot, covered parking, and garage parking available. For more information on parking fees, please contact our leasing team.
DO THE APARTMENTS COME WITH A WASHER & DRYER?
Yes, certain units come with a washer and dryer.
WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
There is a two-pet maximum. Pets are defined as dogs, cats, fish, and birds. There is a 100-pound weight limit. Vaccination records are required. View our pet policy page or contact our office for details on pet fees.
DO YOU OFFER VOUCHERS, DISCOUNTS, OR SPECIALS?
We do not accept any housing vouchers. However, check out our leasing specials page to see if we’re currently running and monthly promotions!
ARE THE APARTMENTS FURNISHED?
No, it is your responsibility to furnish the apartment.
HOW MUCH IS THE RENT DEPOSIT?
The rent deposit ranges from $1000-1500 depending on the unit type selected and is subject to change.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARD LEASE TERM OPTIONS?
We offer 4-12 month lease terms. Please note: Monthly rent will vary depending on specific amenities for that rent and the length of the lease.
HOW MUCH ARE APPLICATION FEES?
The application fee is $75 per applicant.
DO YOU OFFER LOW-INCOME HOUSING?
We do not.
HOW DO I APPLY?
Applications can be completed online here or visit our leasing office located at 2818 West Loop 250 North in Midland, Texas.
